Within this practice you will be working as part of a close team, whilst looking to grow the eye-care. You will be the expected to lead the team at times, whilst also not being afraid to ask for any training or guidance from your colleagues at the practice.
Responsibilities of the Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
Within the role, you will be expected to carry out a number of the following duties:

Dispensing spectacles to all levels
-
Conducting pre-screen tests & contact lens teaches
-
Carry out frame styling
-
Give advice to patients on the best options for their situation
-
Carry out reception and general admin duties
-
Based on your experience, carry out supervisory responsibilities offering support and training where needed.
Requirements of the Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
To succeed within this role, you should have the following requirements:
-
Primary dispensing on the shop floor
-
Helping junior members of the team with any difficult questions / troubleshooting
-
As part of the clinical team at the store, you will have a valued input and will be expected use this to help the practice grow.
