Responsibilities of the D.O
Responsibilities in this role can vary on a weekly basis, here’s a snapshot of what you will be doing:

You must have fantastic customer service skills, with the ability to communicate well and clearly with customers and colleagues.

You must be a team player and be able to contribute quality ideas that will help grow the business.

You must be able to build a good working relationship with those in the practice.

You must be able to handle day-to-day tasks as they arise, whether its dispensing spectacles, dealing with enquiries or generally making sure that each customer is satisfied with the service they have received.
Requirements of the D.O
To work well in this role, our client advises that you meet the following requirements:

You must have a strong clinical background, specifically in D.O role with a passion for delivering high-quality eye-care (as this will strengthen your apllication).

You must be a very inviting and approachable character, coupled with an exemplary work ethic.

You should have a Driving License and have access to a car (as you will be working from two different practices) – Preferred but NOT essential.
Benefits for the D.O
The successful applicant will receive a premium salary package of £35,000 based on the quality of their work and their effort.
