My client is a family focussed Independent company with their practice being in a strong footfall area and boasting one of the best patient data bases in the industry.
They are now looking to recruit an experienced non-qualified Practice Manager to work in this recently refurbished practice in the Southall area.
This company is very well respected within the industry due to its excellent reputation for patient care. They focus on employing professional team members with some reception support to ensure their discerning clientele receive the best care and advice.
They are proud of the fact they have had continual growth all through lockdown and the owner now has plans to let go of the reins so he can concentrate on increasing the company portfolio and business.
Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager
You will lead a professional team from the front driving sales and increasing business, identifying any staff training opportunities as you go. Ensure all company procedures are completed in a timely and professional manner. Also, liaise with the company owner to discuss progress and new business opportunities.
Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager
The ideal candidate will be a consummate professional with an ‘easy to talk to’, warm and customer focussed approach to their role.
You must have experience in management as there is no hand holding.
Compensation for the Optical Practice Manager
In return, they are offering a competitive salary package of £27,000 – £28,000 plus life style friendly working hours of Mon – Sat 9am – 5:30pm with no Sun’s.
