Responsibilities of the Practice Manager
” You will be managing the day to day operation with emphasis on the business side, staff training and monitoring KPIs and targets as well as ensuring all staffing requirements are met.
” Your day will be split between management and dispensing with a ‘lead by example’ mentality.
” You will take control of performance levels of the team by way of assessing their abilities and addressing their needs for development and participating in appraisals.
Requirements of the Assistant Manager
You will have:
” Present or previous experience in working in a small to medium size team in a busy testing practice
” Experience of taking on responsibility with regards to performance and team development
” An understanding of KPIs and managing goals and targets
” Recruitment and appraisals experience with an emphasis on managing expectations of the team and succession planning
Compensation for the Practice Manager
For this role, my client is offering a competitive salary of £20,000 to £25,000 dependent on experience with a competitive overall package but more importantly you will be joining a group who have your future interests and aspirations at heart.
