The Optical Practice Manager Role
This position is working with a well regarded practice in a busy, prime location. You will lead your teams across several departments to deliver the very best customer journey possible and ensure that the company reputation is maintained.
Responsibility of the Optical Practice Manager
You will manage the clinical staff within this practice and ensure that all clinics run smoothly and on time. You will also ensure that all pre-tests are completed efficiently and effectively and ensure that there is a smooth hand over to the optometry team. Another aspect of your position will be to manage the collections department to ensure that customers leave satisfied having enjoyed a positive experience.
Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager
To apply for this position you must be a management level candidate as this multi-facetted position would be a step up for a lot of current practice managers. You will lead a team of roughly 12-15 staff including optometrists and you will manage up 6 clinics daily. You will b customer focussed and always able to keep the customer journey at the heart of what you do.
