Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager
It is essential that you have previous Managerial experience and ideally have worked within a fast paced environment. You’ll be an expert team leader that ensures your team feel enthused and free to make suggestions. Essentially you will have strong leadership skills but equally approachable and supportive. On top of this, you’ll need strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of KPIs, managing goals and an organised approach.
