Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager
The combined role will mean you are accountable for the KPI’s and driving the business forward. You will coach and train colleagues but you’ll be heavily involved in the commercial development side of the practice and bringing great new ideas and initiatives to the table to maintain the fantastic reputation my client has built up.

It is essential applicants have experience working in an opticians and have strong people person skills as well as your customer focused approach to work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike makes you the ideal applicant for this position.
You will be GOC registered and fully up to date with all required CET points and have a strong record of accomplishment in delivering results.
Compensation for the Optical Practice Manager
My client is offering a basic salary up to £30,000 plus addition benefits, to be discussed at interview, in order to tailor the package specific to you.
