Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager
This is a full time opportunity with an established group with a reputation for realising people’s ambitions.
You will have experience of the day to day running of a practice as well as strong people skills.
You will have the chance to work with a small but very well established team of 3 plus a resident optometrist who is testing 3 days per week.
Someone with a good level of understanding of the hearing side of things would be an advantage.
It goes without saying the successful applicant will have a good level of understanding of the business side of things to include target setting, KPIS and working with budgets.
Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager
It is essential that you have strong dispensing experience and coupled with your people skills gives you the edge in terms of training new team members and doing one to ones.
You will be eligible to work in the UK and able to work Saturdays and happy to attend regular meetings with other managers.
