My client is the leading optical manufacturing lab in the UK and as such they require the best in the business.
They are now looking to replace a long serving member of the team in the customer service / returns department with exceptional communication skills and knowledge of every stage of the manufacturing side of the business.
They are one of the UKs leading manufacturers in optics, with a nationally recognised brand. Located in a modern, state of the art location in Birmingham who are now looking to hire an experienced and very knowledgeable technician to join their successful team
Working as part of the team you will have direct responsibility for talking to clients regarding returns and remakes with emphasis on continued relationship building and liaison skills.
You will possess a proven ability to communicate to a high level both in person and via telephone and have agood knowledge of all areas of glazing to be able to discuss potential issues / problems with returned items.
You will have the ability to sustain and create relationships with customers and colleagues and good with working within a team.
You will have an understanding of Health and Safety in the work place.
You will have excellent written and oral communication skills.
You will have the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines and have a strong attention to detail.

Compensation for the role
On offer is a competitive salary of up to £20,000 dependent on experience + additional benefits such as 33 days holidays and a good bonus scheme in place.
