A very exciting opportunity has become available for a Qualified Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser on either a full-time or part-time, permanent basis in a practice-based role.
This isn’t a hard-sell environment; with realistic and achievable bonus you will be fully supported by trained hear care assistants, who will be on hand for screening patients prior to meeting you.
You will be responsible for launching the Audiology side of the business and will have the opportunity to lead marketing efforts with the full backing of the senior management team. You will partner with the successful Optics side of the business to increase your customer base via referrals and be able to grow your business organically. This is a great opportunity for somebody that wants to mould a business and get in on the ground floor of something big.
Responsibilities of the Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
You will be responsible for managing hearing clinics and providing excellent care to further develop the existing customer base.
You will be working in practice and providing excellent service to customers. This is a brand-new addition to the Optics department and they will need your expertise to help build the clinic. You will be making recommendations and offering advice with the latest and the best hearing aid technology. You will offer an individual care plans which will support your patients throughout their life. You will be working with a mixture of NHS and Private patients.
Requirements of the Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
Must be a qualified Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser. You will have a friendly and personable demeanour with a strong personal work ethic. A customer focused approach to your work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike. It’s essential you have a balance between the commercial and clinical aspects to the role.
Compensation for the Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
For your efforts a competitive salary of up to £40,000 is on offer along with a £4,000 car allowance. You will also have access to the following:
- Additional bonus (uncapped) – average monthly bonus companywide is circa £1500
- Monday to Friday schedule with the occasional Saturday
