One of our top clients are looking for an Optometrist in the North Kent area to as a qualified Optometrist… with NO weekends included.
The practice currently need someone who has flexible working hours and can bring a new and exciting edge to the team. As part of the role, you will be working closely with a clinical team.
The unique aspect of this practice is that it has a customer focus towards everything they do. This means that standards of professional care should always be met and each customer is treated for their individual needs.
Responsibilities of the Optometrist
To work in this role you will need to carry out a number of duties, these include the following;

You must provide excellent clinical care to your customer base.

You must be able to work and communicate within a small team.

You must carry out eye tests, contact lens fittings and aftercare advice.

You must keep an updated record of each patients medical background.

You must offer your professional advice and recommendations where possible.

You must be able to answer any queries that arise from customers or staff.
Requirements of the Optometrist
To succeed within this role, the candidate should meet these minimum requirements;

You should be a fully qualified Optometrist, with GOC registered and up-to-date CET requirements.

You should have a hard-working attitude and a clinical mind to your work.

You should have a successful career to date and a passion about customer service and customer care.

You should have a broad knowledge in clinical eye-care and demonstrate key interpersonal skills in the workplace.
