Responsibilities of the Optometrist
You will have key responsibilities to carry out in this role, these include the following:

You must be able to carry out tests within a 25-minute tests.

You must be able to complete contact lens fittings and give aftercare advice.

You must be able to give valuable clinical advice to clients in your practice.
-
You must be flexible with your work and help out in other areas of the practice during busy times of the day, such as working front of store.
Requirements of the Optometrist
To ensure that you can apply for this role, here’s some of the requirements that you will need:

You must be a Fully Qualified and GOC registered Optometrist with completely up to date CET requirements.

You must be open to working in a part-time or full-time position within the practice.

You must be able to work on Saturdays, with Sundays and late night requirements exempt.

You must have at least 1 years experience post qualification,
