Responsibilities of the Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
You will need to carry out a number of duties within this role, these include the following:

Providing customers with an exceptional service

Encourage staff to perform to the highest standard and inform them about mistakes

As a key member of the team, always look to drive sales and manage the overall store.

You will need to be commercially aware and have a keen interest in the customers needs.
Requirements of the Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
These are some of the expectations that you will require to succeed within the role:
-
Previous Optical Managerial experience is preferred but NOT essential
-
Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred but NOT essential
-
You must be able to work as a Team Leader, ensuring that the team always feels enthused and free to voice their opinions
-
You must be approachable and supportive to both staff and customers
-
You will need a strong sense of business acumen and a clear understanding of KPIs, setting and managing goal.

You should have an organised approach to your work.
