Responsibilities of the OPM
The successful candidate is expected to carry out a number of daily tasks, these are as follows:
You must be able to understand and manage KPI’s and play a role in growing the business.
You must be able to train less qualified members of your team.
You must look to market and advertise the business where possible.
You must be able to come up with new ideas and contribute in staff meetings.
Requirements of the OPM

You must have a personable and friendly attitude to your work.
You must be able to build a good rapport with your colleagues and clientele.
You must have prior experience in a manager position.
You should have a proven track record of turning over a profit on a yearly basis – Preferred but NOT essential.
