Responsibilities of OPM

This job role is is highly developed and so their are some expected tasks that each applicant should consider when applying, these are as follows:

  1. You will be expected to have a working knowledge of KPI’s and be able to integrate them into team reviews.

  2. You should be able to train / coach members of your team in weaker areas of their line of work.

  3. You must be able to contribute new and exciting ideas in staff meetings and should always look to grow the business forward in everything you do.

Requirements of the OPM

Our client expects each candidate to meet the following to have the best chance of being successful:

  1. You must have a background in an opticians or a similar working environment.

  2. You must have very good social communication skills and be able to feed this back with customers that enter the practice.

  3. You must be able to work with customers in a very personable way.

  4. You must be able to build a strong relationship with customers and colleagues alike.
