Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager
You will be asked to carry out the following important duties on a weekly basis:

You must be able to manage a small team in a busy and fast-paced practice.

You must be able to recognise sales opportunities for new customers and have the ability to make useful suggestions to products within the practice.

You must be able to multi-task your work.
-
You must be able to handle your own work and be able to cover other areas of the practice when needed.
Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager
You will also be expected to meet these minimum requirements to work within the role:

You must be a Qualified Dispensing Optician with GOC registration.

You must also have a background in extensive management, preferred but NOT essential.

You must also have a desire to take on the role and work above and beyond for the practice.

You must have a Driving License to travel to and from the practice, preferred but NOT essential.
