Your Role as Optical Practice Manager
Lead & Develop a Team of 30 – Train, motivate, and manage staff to deliver top-tier service
Drive Store Performance – Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth shop floor management, and meet key business KPIs.
Manage Financials & HR – Oversee subscriptions, P&Ls, training, appraisals, and team development with full HR support.
Deliver Outstanding Patient Care – Lead by example with hands-on dispensing and customer interaction.
Who You Are
Experienced Leader – Managed teams of 15+ staff in an optical setting.
Operationally Strong – Confident in managing KPIs, training, and store performance.
Inspiring & Driven – A firm but fair leader who knows how to motivate and engage teams.
