What We’re Looking For
Minimum 12 months of optics experience (unfortunately, without this, we won’t be able to consider your application).
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering top-tier service.
A team player who’s excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to occasionally travel to a nearby site in Bognor Regis.
The Role & Responsibilities
As an Optical Assistant, your day-to-day will be filled with variety and rewarding interactions, including:
Dispensing spectacles at all levels.
Conducting pre-screen tests and contact lens teaches.
Frame styling & adjustments, ensuring customers leave feeling confident and cared for.
Reception & admin duties to keep the practice running smoothly.
Supporting junior team members and contributing to best practices.
The Perks & Benefits
Competitive salary: £24,200 per year
Team-based bonus: Approx. 10% of your monthly take-home pay
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
