Responsibilities of the Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
You will need to carry out the following duties as part of your role in the company:

You must be able to provide regular eye tests for your customer base.

You must be able to carry out lens fittings and give valuable aftercare advice based on your expertise.

You must be able to keep an updated record of the patients details and have awareness of latest professional knowledge and health products.

You must be able to answer any questions raised by customers or colleagues in the practice.
Requirements of the Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
In order to land this job, first you will need to meet these minimum requirements:

You must be GOC registered and have updated CET requirements.

You must be passionate about working in a customer service role.

You must have a strong working background and show examples of great interpersonal skills, clinical knowledge and experience as an optometrist.

You must have a hard-working approach to each aspect of your work.
