Views from the public and experiences of opticians in the UK, have been published in the GOC’s 2022 public perceptions research.
The GOC found that 94% of respondents who had been for a sight test in the past two years, were satisfied during their visit.
34% said that they would go to an optical practice first if they woke up with an eye problem. An all time high according to the GOC, in line with GPs at 35%.
