How far would you go to make the customer journey a fantastic one, and do you really value their business?
I read a story recently posted on the social media site Reddit under a great header of “I have never in my life seen this level of customer service” with a copy of a thank you card sent from the supplier to the customer.
The fantastic part about social media is that within hours, people started sharing, as well as making lots of positive comments across the internet.
One user wrote “I used to be in streetboro and I know who that is, he’s a good man, stay with him”
“It’s the little things like this that earn business. If I got this card I would never use another mechanic in my life”
I must admit, this does really open up the meaning of valuing your customer and how many companies do you know that would send out a card like this!
