Optical Practice Manager Position
This is a full time optical practice management position working within a flagship practice in a busy Surrey location. The practice is a part of a larger independent group with about 8 stores and more on the way. This company has gone from strength to strength in recent years and have continued ambitions to grow further. They are a mid – high end practice serving a mixed demographic of patients.
Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager
You will have full autonomy of the day to day operation of the practice. As this is a new store you will help with the recruitment of staff and train your team up. You will lead from the front showing best practice making your own sales. You will use targets and KPI’s to monitor team performance and identify training needs and coaching opportunities. You will work with the company director and help with local marketing / social media PR and improve the company presence online to drive sales and increase custom.
Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager
To apply for this position you will need to have Optical Practice Manager experience ideally within an independent although this is not essential. You will have strong personal skill set including the ability to dispense to all levels, pre-screen and CL teach. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy environment.
Compensations for the Optical Practice Manager
