Placed in a very busy location, with a very high footfall to match, you will assist the manager with the day to day running of this new practice including managing a team of over 30 people.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager
Your efforts will help to ensure that the store runs successfully, while providing customers with an exceptional service. Much of your work will involve inspiring staff to perform at their best and meet the highest standards. Your main task will be to help run the store from a retail perspective, focusing particularly on the quality of the dispensing team.
Your efforts will help to drive the overall store sales as well as customer loyalty which will make you a key member of the team. Literally at the heart of the store, you’ll be a key member for the business, so you’ll need to be someone who is at ease engaging with people. You’ll take real pride in the quality of your work and treat every customer as an individual.
Requirements of the Assistant Manager
